Due to the complex nature of most Commercial (Business) Insurance we must complete a process known as "underwriting." Underwriting requires that we obtain specific information to obtain quotes on certain lines of insurance. (Some of this information can be quite extensive.)
The process of underwriting may entail submitting applications to numerous companies (markets) that each require their own application. In some instances we've been able to create general information screens that we can use to populate general applications, in others we've used proprietary applications of others to initiate the underwriting process. When proprietary applications are required, we'll do our best to use a single form that you submit to complete numerous applications, though we may need to contact you for additional information.
At the very least we request that you complete the General Information form located below so we may create a contact file so as to provide you with better service. If you wish to recieve quotes on specific lines of insurance, we request that you complete one or all of the forms within the broad groups below. Please keep in mind that we cannot obtain quotes without all of the required information; we will contact you for additional required information based on your inquiry, though fully-completed forms will help us help you save time!
